Yes, you can! Your Noted+ subscription plan syncs across all platforms, as long as you use the same Apple ID and iCloud account.
How does this work?
When you install or reinstall Noted on another device, we will try to automatically restore your subscription. If this does not happen, please use the Restore Purchases button which can be found in Settings > Account on iOS or Settings > Noted+ on macOS.
Please note that we rely on iCloud to sync your subscription, so you must ensure that you’re signed into your devices using the same Apple ID and have iCloud Drive enabled on them.
Why is my subscription not showing up on another device?
If that happens, please try the following troubleshooting methods:
- Make sure you’re signed in on all your devices with the same Apple ID and iCloud account. In some cases, you may need to sign out and sign back in again.
- Go to your iPhone or iPad Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions to confirm that your Noted subscription is active.
- Use the Restore Purchase button in Settings > Account > on iOS or Settings > Noted+ on macOS, then restart the device.
- Reinstall Noted.
- Turn off Keychain and restart all your devices. Re-enable it on the original device (where you purchased Noted+) before turning it back on for others.
