All Noted+ subscription plans (monthly or yearly) come with a 7-day FREE trial. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically enrolled in the subscription plan of your choice unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Please note that any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited.

We hope you never cancel your subscription, but if you do decide that Noted+ is not for you, here’s what you need to do:

1. Backup Your Notes: Before canceling your subscription, make sure to back up your notes. You can find them in your Files app if you have iCloud turned on for backup.
   
2. No Access After Expiration: Once your trial or paid subscription expires, you will no longer have access to your notes in the app as it is a paid service only. To ensure you don’t lose your data, we suggest exporting your notes before the subscription ends.
   
3. Team Assistance: Our team does not have access to export your notes on your behalf. However, if you encounter difficulties and need assistance, please reach out to us. We will do our best to help.
