Subscription Sharing between iOS and Mac
Your Noted+ subscription uses iCloud to sync across multiple devices.
What if the subscription does not show up on other devices?
Please try the troubleshooting steps below:
- Make sure the same iCloud account is signed in on all your devices. In some cases, you may need to Sign Out, and back in again.
- Tap “Restore Purchase” under Account settings or Noted+ screen
- Reinstall Noted
- Turn off Keychain and restart all your devices. Re-enable it on the original device (where you purchased), before turning it back on for others.
If you’ve done the above, yet still doesn’t work, please drop us an email through the Support button within the app. On iOS, you will find this under the Settings menu, or “Help” on macOS.
Note: We also advise checking that your subscription is active via Manage Subscription.
