- Can I record calls? No. Noted cannot record phone or FaceTime calls, because iOS does not give apps access to call audio. On a Mac, Screen Recording can capture the audio of video calls in apps like Zoom, Teams and Meet.
- Can I use third-party cloud service providers? No. Noted syncs through iCloud only. Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive can be used to import files into a note, but not to sync your notes between devices.
- Do Bluetooth headsets or AirPods work with Noted? Yes. Noted plays and records through AirPods and other Bluetooth headsets. To record from the headset microphone, tap ⋯ → Audio Input Source while recording and choose it; to play through it, use ⋯ → AirPlay & Bluetooth.
- Does Noted Convert Speech to Text in Real Time? Yes, in two ways: Dictation types your own voice as you speak, and live transcription turns a recording into text while you record. Both keep the text timestamped to the audio.
- Does Noted support URL schemes? Yes. The noted:// scheme can open the app, create a note or notebook, or start recording, so Shortcuts and other apps can drive Noted. Parameters such as title and notebook-title are passed in the URL.
- How do I manage or delete my Noted account on Android? Email xiaomi@notedapp.io from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted; it is actioned within 24 hours. Deletion is permanent, but recordings stored on your device stay there.
- How do I summarise a meeting or lecture in Noted? Open the note, tap ✨ and choose Summarize Note, then tap Start. Noted reads your notes and the transcript and writes a summary with key points and actions you can edit or share. Summaries are included with your plan, up to 100 a month; there is no separate subscription.
