Noted’s Zoom integration enables you to jot typed notes and record Zoom calls in real-time. It even imports the video recording to the corresponding note automatically when the meeting ends, allowing you to review both your notes and video using the same app.

Connect Noted to Zoom

Settings > Integrations > Launch Mission Control, then follow the steps in the pop-up window to download, install, and launch Mission Control.

When Mission Control is on, you will see the Noted icon on the menu bar along the top of your screen.

To begin recording a Zoom call, and take notes

You can either click the record button on the toolbar at the bottom of the call window or use the keyboard shortcut Command(⌘)+Shift+R.

There are two ways to start taking notes during the call:

• Click the Zoom icon in a previously created note and select “Link.” However, this method will not work if the note already contains a media file.
  
• Click the Noted icon on the menu bar and select “Create Note for This Recording,” or use the shortcut Command(⌘)+C to start a new note. The Noted editor will pop up, and you can start taking notes as usual. Everything you type is timestamped, and you can add #TimeTags just like usual.

Use the Notes and Recording

1. Click End in Zoom when the call is over.
2. Allow the recording to convert.
3. Once the conversion is complete, Noted will automatically import the video to the note.
